Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Reports To: Senior Manager, HR
Location: Statesville, NC
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating policies, procedures and programs including manpower planning, labor relations, wage and salary administration, recruitment, orientation, training, employee benefits, employee development and safety for all employees. This position will also be responsible for training and developing their direct reports.
Facilitate resolution to employeerelated concerns.
Coach Managers in handling employeerelations and performance management matters.
Recruiting and retention.
Handle new hire orientations andexit interviews; analyze data and recommend corrective actions and continuousimprovement.
Implement the talent planningprocess, including performance appraisal management, salary administration andsuccession planning.
Conduct / participate in departmentmeetings and promote an open line of communication.
Ensure compliance of companypolicies and procedures.
Administer disciplinary warnings.
Manage temp agencies and temp workforcehiring.

4-6 years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HumanResources or related area.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during working hours.
