Position Title: Test Technician
Location: Shenzhen, China
Reports to: Test Engineer
Job Summary:
Shenzhen lab is searching for a highly motivated Test Technician, the ideal candidate will be able to work in cross-functional teams to support all product categories in the development of new products and implementing improvements to existing products. This person needs to balance work on multiple testing requests and manage to deadlines.
Job Duties:
Perform physical and visual inspections of components and product assemblies to verify conformance to specifications and product drawings.
Support Shenzhen lab TRE, fully support product testing for all categories across Home and Commercial
Ensure that new products function properly, meet specifications and timing objectives.
Develop and troubleshoot programs for the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), support CMM measurement for those critical dimensions
Improving Shenzhen lab testing capabilities, develop new testing fixture, identify and introduce the right testing equipment to lab
Support H&C NPD and sustaining project, ensure all project meet quality/timing/cost objectives, generate prototypes and perform product testing for internal evaluation and consumer feedback.
Generate product testing standard and specifications, help engineering, and quality finalize performance and quality specifications.
Provide technical support in solving product quality issues with new and existing products.

Job Requirements:
College Degree in MechanicalEngineering preferable
At least 2 years of Product Testing Experience, preferably in consumer products
