Position Title: Senior Demand Planner
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Senior Manager, Demand Planning
Job Summary:
This position plays a key role S&OE to increase the service level, and builds a link that connects the higher-level plans to execution. He/She will be able to identify, analyze the gap between demand and supply in timely manner to do reconciliation. He/She will be a data analyst and owner for APAC statistical forecast. He/She will be following ups PLM, esp from demand planning perspective to add values to forecast accuracy.
Job Duties:
Proactively drive the S&OE process to manage near-term execution decisions.
Weekly S&OE meeting in place to do reconciliation.
Use S&OE process to synchronize the S&OP plan and decisions to the execution details.
Review and maintain DP parameters correctly set up in system.
Statistical forecast development
Support demand planning team data integration and analysis.
Power BI and other reports necessary.
Track and analyze product portfolios in region.
NPD tracking from idea stage to ship-to-trade, with risk assessment in view of demand, supply, inventory etc.
Product life cycle value added to attainment and WFA.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning
Proficient English both in written and oral.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and demand planning/supply planning process.
Excellent analytical skills with logical mind.
Experience in SAP and planning system, say APO/IBP or other equivalent.
Advanced in data analytic apps, Excel, say Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau.
