Newell Brands Handler Material in Neosho, Missouri

Position Title: Material Handler 2nd shift

Reports to: Shipping Supervisor

Location: Neosho, MO

Compensation - Starting Pay $14.66 -- Effective June 5 Starting pay $16.90

-- Paid vacation and sick days available after 60 days!

Job Summary: Process product for shipping to customers.

Job Duties:

  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, stacking of finished goods

  • Unload and load trailers/containers by hand

  • Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner

  • Sweep the inside of trailers/containers

  • Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management

  • May perform other duties as directed by supervision

  • Required to follow all safety rules and procedures

  • Required to follow all housekeeping rules and procedures

  • Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed

  • High school education or GED is not required

  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

  • Good Communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities

  • Willingness to work all scheduled work days

  • Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment

  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

  • Need basic knowledge of PkMS and RF unit

  • Previous material handling experience in shipping or warehouse preferred
