Position Title: E-Commerce Supervisor
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Reports to: Senior Manager, DTC Group
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of DTC Group Manager, this role grows our owned EC-site business. This role improves the customer experience, manages the customer order fulfilment and maintains the technologies plan with team staffs. This role requires the team leader having ability to be collaborative and result-oriented.
Job Duties:
Manage sales performance with monitoring KPIs and evaluation of data.
Analyze business situation and proposal of solutions.
Negotiation with both internal & external business partners to improve or resolve issues. Based on evaluation of the operations and process
Manage and measure the performance of technology vendors.
Promote service innovation and manage the implementation new technologies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years in Direct E-commerce business experiences
3+ years of team management experience
Experience with sales estimating, fiscal management.
Experience with improving EC system with 3rd party.
Experience with converting EC platform one and another
Business level English written and reading skill
