Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As an In-Store Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales in retail channel in Lombardy and Piedmont regions.
You will be part of a sales team of 6 people, working with brands like MAPA, Spontex, PaperMate, Sharpie and others.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage points of sale and negotiate secondary contributions.
Ensure product presence on shelves and compliance with promotions.
Develop and maintain the agreed product assortment.
Monitor competitor activities, including product presence and pricing.
Implement promotional areas and position point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
Process orders for direct delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Utilise SAP and Salesforce for tracking and reporting
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
Experience in sales, preferably in retail channel
University degree or high school diploma
Fluent Italian and communicative English (written & spoken)
Driving license and willingness to travel 50-60% of time
