Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
An Associate Marketing Manager should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. Also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. Ensuring that the goods and products of the company enjoy a good customer patronage. Formulates plans, strategies, and blueprints to present a definite path for marketing. Ensure excellent execution at trade and support request from sales team.
JOB DUTIES:
Plan, and participate in the launch of new products since developing to customer’s listing stage.
Support the marketing/trade marketing/sales team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, trade marketing campaigns.
Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, through surveys, and sales data.
Develop and implement activity ideas to drive growth for category/brand in each channel.
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
3 years or above experience of sales, trade marketing or marketing assistant in FMCG business.
Experience in Direct and (or) Indirect channel model
Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Power point.
Excellent command in English both speaking, and writing.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to travel upcountry area, or aboard time to time.
