As a SAP OTC Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP OTC solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with business users and other IT teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyzing business requirements (functional and technical) by participating in information-gathering sessions.
-Performing or assisting in the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in SAP ECC.
-Helping to develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements, interfaces, and forms (WRICEF).
-Developing and executing unit-test and integration test scenarios.
-Working with OTC Lead Analysts, Architects, business process owners, end-users, and project team members to effectively implement OTC SAP solutions on schedule.
-Developing, maintaining, and providing technical expertise in order to transfer knowledge to other associates.
-Providing support (e.g., break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for business applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-BS in Information Management or related field is preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
-1-4 years of experience in SAP. Experience with Order to Cash/SD is highly desired.
-Ideal candidate will have experience in release management, the ability to lead small projects, facilitate architectural reviews, and provide technical support for Order to Cash process solutions in SAP SD ECC6.0.
